Even as we’re rushing from task to task and challenge to challenge, it’s nice to sometimes take a moment, stop and see what’s happening before our eyes – like the end of elementary school, waiting for the bus together – before middle school starts – before everything changes…
This is beautiful, David. I get choked up at every milestone. Our baby (of 4) is graduating from high school and one is graduating from college. Stop, breathe and notice. Or as Paul says: “Careful there honey, or you’ll trip over that umbilical cord!” Lol. Time to let go. <3
