In December we were thrilled to host Jillian Walker, Mei Ann Teo and Kasaun Henry as they developed SKiNFoLK: An American Show for The Bushwick Starr in Brooklyn. This piece is a beautiful, joyous and deeply moving saga through one person’s history and identity, as it reverberates with and reflects us all. The NY Times raved about its run in Brooklyn last month. You can read that review by clicking here. Even though it was extended because of audience demand, its run was cut short by COVID-19. But we are thrilled to be able to share the workshop from Hubbard Hall in December. The password for this video is Skin20198 and you can access it by clicking here. We will only provide access through April 30, 2020, so don’t wait to watch! I hope you are as inspired and buoyed up by this work as we were in December and as I continue to be! It’s inspiring to be reminded to be brave, be curious, be bold in these challenging times.
